CAFETERIA SAN FRANCISCO — Restaurant in Arrecife

Please avoid this place if you don’t wanna bad experience. Very bad service! We couldn’t choose table even thought the cafeteria was empty. We asked for a menu and they answered: ,,Yes, we have menu”. So I decided to take a menu from another table and then we wait 20 minutes to order. The waiter very rude and was pretending he doesn’t understand. After another 20 minutes they brought us just 1/2 of the order. After we ate bellow average churros we wanted to pay and then waited another 25 minutes for a bill that we they didn’t give us at the end because the waiter just asked for 5€...

Worst ever!!! We asked for tapas then few minutes later the waiter turned up and told us that they do not have that. We ordered what they had then. That happened before my friend got the heineken instead of estrella. My pizza was (after few minutes he showed up again an told me they do not have the pizza i ordered ) the Dr OTKER TYPE FROZEN PIZZA. Fortunatelly it was not cold when the waiter brought it to our table. It seems they know how to use the oven.. vow... no suprise it wasn't sugar in the coffee and you weren't able to find beside...

Paramos a desayunar 4 personas después de llegar desde Las Palmas , pedimos 4 zumos de botella , 1 sándwich vegetal, 2 bocadillos de jamón serrano con tomate y 1 bocadillo de pata asada . El sándwich vegetal era una hoja de lechuga , 2 trozos de tomate y un pedazo de huevo sancochado . Los mini bocadillos de jamón serrano llevaban 2 lonchas gruesas de tomate y una loncha de jamón serrano de baja calidad. Por último le pregunté al camarero si la pata asada era fresca y me contesta que si era fresca y le pedí el bocadillo. Cual fue mi sorpresa cuando abro el bocadillo y la carne me dió mala sensación. Así y todo retiré unos pedazos de carne reseca y me comí medio mini bocadillo. A mala hora , estuve todo el día mal del estómago. Por ser nuestro primer día en Lanzarote y no arruinar las vacaciones de mi familia no fui al médico que era lo que tenía que haber hecho y de diagnosticarme intoxicación alimentaria les hubiese denunciado. La cuenta de esta mala experiencia fue de 23€ . En el baño sólo pude utilizar el urinario ya que el bater estaba cerrado con llave. No se si el cocinero o lo que fuera de cocina pasó por el salón con paquetes de carne congelada delante de nosotros sus clientes , sin llevar éstos productos en un recipiente adecuado para ellos.
