365 — Restaurant in Barcelona

If you love strong coffee, this place is not for you. The coffee is eco. We ordered cappuccino and it was tasteless. The hot chocolate is not the best one. I asked the staff if it was like that I wouldn’t take it, I was informed that it was not; it was thick(espesso) the way it should be. When I received it, it was hot milk and small sachê of chocolate powder. Just milk with chocolate powder; nothing special. I forgot my credit card here and it was taken, they have purchased so many things , i understand it was my fault but it was no one but the wait staff took, I left it on the tray only wait staff had access to it and pretty much used to for bad purposes cuz they tried for small amounts first to see if it works at the cafe itself and purchased big amounts later , such a shame to cuz food was great , I will never Come back to a place has zero respect to their customers...

Normalment no soc d'escriure ressenyes però en aquest cas he cregut convenient fer-ho. Vull pensar que s'ha tractat d'un cas excepcional, però sense citar noms ni detalls, el cert és que l'atenció rebuda ha sigut més aviat fluixa.

Estava fent cua però enlloc d'estar en fila, m'he col·locat davant del mostrador just quan els clients de davant ja havien enllestit la seva comanda. A partir d'aquí, primer un home se m'ha colat amb tota la cara del món i jo, per no entrar en discussions, li he dit que endavant. Dit això, les noies que anaven just darrere de l'home m'han reconegut que jo anava davant d'ell. Dit això, la dependenta ha vingut a donar-li la raó a l'home al·legant que ell sí que estava ben col·locat a la cua però amb un to poc empàtic.

Per acabar, quan l'home en qüestió ja havia estat atès, enlloc d'atendre'm a mi, es posa a preguntar a la resta de la cua si algú vol cafè, moment en què li he fet mostrar el meu malestar atès que m'he sentit com un fantasma. Finalment, he decidit marxar. No valia la pena perdre més el temps. Error per part meva d'entrar a un forn de pa que realment actua com a bar i que pressuposo que incompleix les normatives que afecten la resta d'establiments. El que vindria a ser competència deslleial.
