Exceptional Service and Kindness!

I had the most wonderful experience at this cafe today. Although I don't speak Spanish and there was a language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to help me.

When I accidentally knocked over my coffee and made a mess, instead of being upset, they immediately made me a fresh new coffee and one of the gentlemen kindly cleaned up the entire area without making me feel embarrassed about the accident.

Their patience, understanding, and genuine care for customers really stood out. Despite the communication challenges, they made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a place special.

It is located in the most tourist visited place, however the lady did not speak english. The price and breakfast was amazing. Just the language barrier could potentially be a problem. Aveces alucino con el comportamiento de algunos camareros, a las siete de la tarde he venido a pedir un bocadillo a esta 365 pero como tengo alergia al tomate y intolerancia al aceite de oliva no puedo comerme los bocadillos de exposición.. eso quiere decir que me tienen que hacer un bocadillo en el mismo momento y contando que solo tienen que poner el ambutido dentro del pan no creo que les cueste mucho trabajo.. el caso es que se han negado a hacerme el bocadillo a las siete de la tarde y el motivo era porque a esta hora “ya no se podía cortar pan” e incluyendo que Justo antes mi compañera ha pedido un bocadillo grande y se lo han partido por la mitad.. La teoría de “no podemos cortar pan a estas horas” se les cae un poco.. en fin la pereza de los trabajadores hacen que personas con alergias no podamos tomarnos un bocadillo en un establecimiento el cual están en un horario normal para abrir un pan y ponerle embutido que son los dos únicos pasos que tienen que hacer....
