This place was such a beautiful surprise!
I happened upon it while wandering The Raval and I’m so grateful I did!
I had perhaps the best Amaretto Sour of my life! I also ordered Tomato Bread, Anchovies, and a croquet. I was thrilled to see the tomato bread was served the traditional way -they bring you bread, a specific variety of tomato cut in half, olive oil and salt. You rub the halved tomato on the bread, then sprinkle on salt and olive oil. It’s about one thousand times better this way and I had not seen it done this way previously in Barcelona. The anchovies were perfection!
The croquet was a delightful surprise. So often croquets all taste the same to me, but I loved that I could taste the seafood in this one, and the beautiful presentation was really special.
This was definitely one of my favorite discoveries...

We sat outside on the amazing placa, watching the skateboarders, and soaking in the night atmosphere. The service was prompt, professional, and humorous. We love this place and will be back...
Read moreThis place has a terrible service, with unprepared, rude and racist staff. The waiter not only kept ignoring us when we were trying to buy a beer, but was also racist to my friend. The waitress has 0 customer service skills, literally pushes customers out of her way, yells at you, and if you try to defend yourself, she gets security to throw you out of the bar. It's surreal how unprofessional they can be. I hope the owners do a better screening when hiring people as those at the moment are not up...
