LUCKY SCHMUCK — Restaurant in Barcelona

I’m a regular on the street and saw the sign of happy hour for the first time. I was with my gf and decided to go there for it. The welcoming was very poor, especially from Julio (I asked for his name). He was barely talking to us, very rude, and communicating in gestures and syllables. It was very difficult to understand which side you could ask Julio for a drink. It was everything very slow, only Julio could make cocktails, so beers and cocktails and whatsoever had to wait for him to finish the previous order, get the payment and he could go for the next person in line. Maybe it’s their strategies, but when all my friends were there, we were 10 people, 5 women 5 men, it was very hard to order. The offer is 1 for 1 free, and for three orders I had , they messed up two. Like I wanted them both at the same time, and instead they understood that I wanted to drink the first one and then ask for the second one. I dunno, I really don’t know what to say. Apart from that the rest of the staff was actually very friendly when interacted with and Julio’s drinks were actually good. He only killed our vibe. Didn’t have any food here so I cant talk about the food, but the organisation was terrible. Waited 30 minutes in a list to do karaoke then they put other people before us and made us wait 30 minutes more. In general it was really disappointing, didn’t make any effort to solve or help in the situation. This bar is the best and my favourite bar in Barcelona. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They make unbelievable cocktails and drinks at such a great price! The environment in here is unmatched compared to anywhere else. I’ve always left this bar having an unbelievable night.
