I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at AZUL restaurant. Unfortunately, your behavior towards us was far from professional and respectful. From the moment we entered, we felt unwelcome, and it was clear that you had no interest in providing good service to your customers.
Your interactions with us were filled with neglect and indifference, which made our dining experience extremely unpleasant. You ignored our requests, responded with a dismissive attitude, and even seemed irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu. This level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service skills is completely unacceptable.
Moreover, when we pointed out issues with our meal, instead of addressing them constructively, you chose to argue with us, further compounding our frustration. It's as if you were determined to make our visit as uncomfortable as possible.
On the other hand, I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Robein, who made up for this poor experience. Robein was highly professional and courteous, and he went out of his way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. He showed genuine concern for us and our experience, giving us hope that there are still staff who care about the quality of service at AZUL. Additionally, I would also like to thank Lautaro for his brief but kind assistance during our visit.

Read moreThe views were beautiful but if you are American they will not give you good service. We specifically ordered the seasonal mushroom paella and received the seafood paella. When we asked our waitress why we received the seafood paella rather than mushroom paella she lectured us on what paella is. She said that we did not order that even though we pointed directly to the mushroom paella on the menu when we ordered. Our waitress did not check on us. She had someone else come over to ask if we needed anything. From the beginning they did not enjoy having Americans in the restaurant. We will not be back and I would not recommend you eat here.
