I had a strange experience here tonight. It was my first night in Barcelona, and I’m a woman traveling alone. I saw that this bar had good reviews, and went to check it out. At around 11pm I saw their staff at the door trying to bring people in off the streets. I asked if there was room for one, they asked if I was alone (I said yes), and then one of them said I could only get takeaway. I didn’t want food, I just wanted a beer or 2 and to meet people. There were plenty of people in there standing, and I didn’t think I’d take up much space. As I walked away, they immediately harassed 4 men to come in for a drink, and let them in! Terrible experience. Went there with a party of 8 as a hen party group. We sat on a very small table which was no problem, we were happy, dancing, enjoying the night. As soon as we arrived, 3 of us ordered drinks, the others were still thinking about it. During our 5 minute stay, 3 different staff came to us, pushing the other girls to order - they weren't ready. The 3rd staff came for the second time and said "all of you have to other sth in order to stay". 5 minutes. Five minutes there and they were demanding all of us to order. We were just starting our night. Also, menu had no prices at all, hard to tell what the actual price was. Too pushy and very rude....
