Cafeteria 365 — Restaurant in Barcelona

I asked for a cup of hot latte with oat milk, and emphasized the old lady that I ordered oat milk. She charged me €1.6 and I thought that the price was very cheap, why was this place so good. After that I saw her used the cow milk but I told her that I asked for the oat milk and pointed at the Alpro oat milk next to all the milk on the barista area.

She couldn’t speak English and that is fine however, she kept telling me that my coffee was not an oat milk, so I kept telling her that I asked for oat milk. After that one younger lady came, they talked something for few seconds and told me to pay more the oat milk for €0.15 which I understood by the sign language such as pointing at the card machine.

I am okay with that and waited for the hot latte with oat milk to finish.

The younger lady was so rude. She added me the oat milk with some attitude with her upset facial expressions. So where is your manners at least for a human to a human. What is wrong with service and your attitude lady?

The taste of the coffee was bad, super light, barely tastes the coffee. Don’t waste your time...

Una parada rápida en medio de un día laboral con poco margen de tiempo ✅

Entré a la cafetería 365 con la intención de tomar algo antes de una llamada de trabajo. A pesar de que había fila, la atención fue rápida: te atienden, te sirven y después elegís dónde sentarte. Una experiencia con flow de fast food, donde no hay mucha interacción con el personal, pero todo funciona con eficiencia.

El espacio es amplio y versátil. Tiene mesas altas, una mesa larga ideal para trabajar en grupo, sillones y muchas tomas de enchufe para cargar dispositivos. Todo lo necesario por si estás buscando una pausa productiva en la ciudad.

☕ El café estaba bien. No fue memorable, pero considerando el precio (latte con leche de avena: 1,70 €), estuvo más que correcto.

🎯 Un punto de mejora: la limpieza constante de las bandejas vacías. Ya que el formato de experiencia es fast food (te llevás tu pedido en bandeja, te sentás donde querés y dejás la bandeja en un punto de basura), muchas personas, aún en 2025, no incorporan el hábito de tirar su basura. Las mesas quedan sucias, y eso genera una sensación de desorden. La clave puede estar en incorporar un recorrido cada X minutos por parte del equipo para despejar el espacio y mejorar la experiencia general.

🌈 En resumen: 365 es un lugar “que está bien”. No busca brillar como cafetería, pero cumple con su propuesta: rapidez, funcionalidad y precios accesibles. Ideal si necesitás un punto de recarga, de cafeína y de batería, en la vorágine...

We called in here for refuelling before visiting the fantastic Sagrada Familia church , both a bit cold and flagging. The ladies working behind the counter are really lovely and smiley lifting your spirits immediately. We had a tea , a coffee and a couple of freshly made cakes for only 7 euros and as a bonus the toilets were extremely clean.
