[UPDATE] Last time I gave five stars but this time everything went wrong. First, the service was poor. We got order later than the ones entering after us and we asked for plate (which I could see it under the counter) but they let us wait for five minutes until we asked again. Then the most important thing is the bad food. The sandwich was put in a small basket, the liquid from the sandwich just flew out and made the table messy. The bread was so soggy that we couldn’t even hold it up; it just broke apart in the end. We asked for medium cooked patty and it was SO HARD AND DRY like 120% cooked. I didn’t even know what I was eating. The whole sandwich was a disaster. The fries and tequeños were so good last time but today they tasted like frozen food (it’s tequeño Tuesday which costs 0.5€ each only so maybe they serve frozen ones on Tuesday, I don’t know) I don’t know if the staff has been completely changed from four months ago or what happened but the service and the food are completely different from before. Ordered through glovo tonight and selected there 2 for 1 deal. When the ordered arrived we only receive one burger but for the original price instead of the offer price. My wife then called to try to solve the issue and was met with a very rude lady who basically said it wasn’t their fault, was an error in the glovo app. We then asked if they could solve it by giving us our items, we live near by so were willing to pass by ourselves, we were told that they wouldn’t be doing that as it wasn’t their fault and we should “ pay more attention “ when ordering. To make things even worse the lady then hung up the phone on us, probably as it was near closing time and expected the problem to just go away. Chivuos, be careful who you employ. As hospitality workers ourselves I find this attitude disgusting.

Burger was fine but never worth that money, far smaller than the pictures they have advertised online.

I really hate to say this but probably the worst take away I have ever ordered. The burger was literally missing the patty inside lol. It was just cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and gerkins. On top of that I had ordered patatas bravas but all that came were chips. It would be funny honestly if I hadn’t spent 20€ 🥴

UPDATE: They said they would send me a new order, so we arranged a date and time for delivery and…..it never showed up! Tried to get in touch many times, no answer. They refuse to refund me so they offered to send the order yet again. Third time lucky? Waited and waited and….shocker it didn’t arrive! Seriously, how is it even possible to mess up three orders? I’ve never left a bad review before but the level of incompetence and lack of customer service is mind blowing. Go to Vicios instead. Actually, go literally anywhere...
