AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Annoying staff who can't even speak proper English strolling around and "kidnapping" naive potential clients, once you catch the hook you don't matter to them you're only money Very slow to bring dishes and the restaurant wasn't even packed up, only 2 people sitting at the tables Firstly, the fish was not fresh, not only frozen but spoiled, left a bad sour taste in my mouth like it was timed out and fished a century ago I would be ashamed to serve such a paella not resembling in any way to the one shown in the menu, very very small portion, "seafood paella" that only had rice, 1 shrimp and 1 mussel, no flavor whatsoever, you finish it with 2 scoops, burnt fried taste... The servers were not friendly sour long faces, didn't ask if the food was good because they know the answer and don't want to be ashamed in front of other clients To top it all, the place is dirty I don't even think it's healthy to eat there, dirty tablecloth, the dishes had dirt on them, disgusting place I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy, I paid to leave hungry. Avoid it like the pest, they don't have the name of the restaurant in any visible zone so people can't search about it or leave a sincere review about the experience I only give them 1star to be able to review because they don't even...

Jimmy was the absolute best!

A MUST VISIT WHEN IN BARCELONA! My friend and I were headed to a different restaurant close by and we kept seeing the menus of other restaurants while we were walking and decided to just stop at EL Dique because it had both of the items we wanted to eat and the food looked really good and it was such a great decision! We got croquets and Bombas, and they were fantastic! It was such a blessing we decided to stop there. It was easily the best part of our trip (which is saying a lot because every part of our trip was amazing). So thankful to have stopped there and met the wonderful staff and owner. We will definitely be heading back there whenever we are in Barcelona again for the great food, lots of laughs, and most importantly great conversations...

The food here was very nice for the price. Here’s a pros and cons list Pros: -Offered us a free drink! -Gave us a high five for choosing them -food is cheap -lots of variety -welcoming and hilarious waiter/owner. What a lad. Need a sense of humour for him tho -took one of our meals half way through because didn’t think it was good enough even tho it was amazing. and offered to make a whole new one.

Cons -my meal came out before my partners and I had finished before his came out -his meal got taken away half way through? Lol a little funny tho. The guys here are honestly hilarious

It’s a good place for a fun time and cheap food with...

It is one of the worst places you can eat in Barcelona. The staff wasn’t friendly and no smile at all. Dishes had dirt and we asked to change them ( it was a mistake to continue sitting there). Food took too much time . The seafood paella had no seafood , as in picture only noodles and one shrimp and three of this black shells. Chicken paella was just rice and chicken. Both no sauce or vegetables. I changed mine with just friets and grilled t because i couldn’t eat it. IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO EAT IN BARCELONA, UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAD GOOD LOCATION BUT REALLY BAD FOOD AND SERVICE.
