What an incredible place!!! Don’t expect your usual Tapas menu, it isn’t here, for all the right reasons. This is my first time in Barcelona and every time I’ve tried Tapas here it’s like the chefs have given up, greasy, over cooked, under seasoned food and the restaurants seem to be just flipping tables. Then me and the wife found this place! From the moment we walked in we felt that this place was special. The staff were so friendly and those smiles were not “fake” customer service smiles. The open kitchen is a great touch and a sign that the kitchen is proud to let you in. Watching a chef expedite before food leaves is always a good sign. I said to my wife this is weird, everyone seems really happy! Then I read the menu and realised why, this is a place that cares about what they’re doing. We had the Bao Buns, the cauliflower Tablouehh, the hummus, the Tortilla with Mushrooms and truffle, the cheese board and the hamburgersa. The caring continued on to the plate. Every mouth full was delicious. So many different flavours that all ended up complementing each other. Nothing place on the plate was wasted and everything seemed to have a good reason to be there.
