Five Guys Burgers and Fries Diagonal — Restaurant in Barcelona

I never thought I'd give my favorite burger place less than 5 stars, but it's happening. I was beyond excited to discover this Five Guys was opening right around the corner from me! I got a burger as soon as they opened, walked the 1 min walk back to my place, opened the bag and took out my COLD burger. I was so disappointed. They hadn't heated any of the toppings. I gave it another go a few weeks later and this time specified that I wanted the mushrooms and bacon etc. to be heated. I shouldn't have to do that, but there you go. It was much better and tasted like the burger I love. Last night I was on my way home after a few drinks, feeling very hungry. I checked Google to see if Five Guys was open and it was! Until 2am! Perfect! I arrived at 12.35 and as I walked in, I was quickly told that they were closed and I had to leave. I get that covid is affecting hours and it's difficult to keep up with all the changes, but I tried to explain that the hours were wrong on Google and they should fix them. The man spoke over me and told me, "Get out. We have to work." When will people learn that a simple "sorry" goes a long way when dealing with the public? No soy de comentar cosas malas de nada ni nadie pero esta ocasión lo amerita, fui a comer con mi esposo y mi hijo, venimos de la fiesta Mayor de gracia, llegamos ahí sin querer, nos gastamos 40 euros en un pedido, si hubiese hido a un KFC o a un McDonald's gustaba menos y comía mejor la verdad, y no solo es el precio, es la comida, te la sirven de una manera que de solo verla se te quita el hambre que puedes llevar, las patatas te las tiran así nomas en la bolsa, junto con las hamburguesas, ni siquiera te las colocan en una bolsita aparte, nooo, ahí mismo encima de las hamburguesas a la maldita sea, y hasta quemadas, para lo caro que están cobrando mínimo mejorar la presentación de la comida, un desagrado total solo ver como te entregan el pedido, las mesas casi todas sucias, el suelo, yo creo que la gente deja sucio a postas x la desilusión que se lleva, el peor sitio al que he hido, me he comido hamburguesas deliciosas cerca de mi casa a 6 euros, te incluye coca cola, patatas y una hamburguesa deliciosa, que si me pido 3 hamburguesas lo que gasto son 18 euros, me lleno, como rico y no paso x esta desagradable situación, que pena haber conocido esta lugar, me arrepiento mil veces, ni fotos tomamos del pedido xq lo que queríamos es largarnos de ahí lo...
