Very interesting cafe concept. As for the food, the rating is 5/5. Everything we tried was very tasty, creamy scrambled eggs, delicious avocado toast, fresh and quality coffee, great! The service, however, is not at an enviable level. The lady who prepares the food is kind and smiling, but the waiters seem very confused and with a relatively poor knowledge of the English language. Also, they lack professionalism. You simply can't look for the bill in the garbage can just half a meter away from the customers because you accidentally threw it, and then serve the guests breakfast without washing your hands. It doesn't work that way. You have all the predispositions because you have the most important thing - delicious food and a cool place in the corner, work a little on your service, put on a uniform, smile at everyone who enters the bar, delegate responsibilities so that you know who is doing what, just bring a little order to your employees and you will be among the leading places for brunch in the city. This is not a criticism, but a friendly advice, because we really liked your whole concept!

I love to try new food places and give good reviews, but this has to be one of the worst places I have been to. 1. The pan was used for several meals and did not get cleaned once in the hour that we were there. 2. On top of the oven were pre made eggs and other foods that were thrown in the pan to be used for meals again. 3. The price 13.50€ for 2 eggs and 1/4 of avocado, which half of was almost rotten isn't justifiable 4. A surcharge of 4€ on an 11€ plate without mentioning it is ridiculous The staff was friendly and coffee was amazing. The food was however bad and it just wasn't a very clean place. Food was all over the floor around the kitchen and we were seated almost inside the kitchen.

Great brunch spot. Food was fresh and tasty, great coffee and squeezed orange juice. Their brioche bread is just perfection and might make you go there on its own merit — this is the same as that of their sister spot, Labalabusta. The place brings a relaxed and trendy atmosphere with a carefully designed window corner layout. The interior features a small open kitchen that adds to an already lively and welcoming experience. The staff was helpful and had great synergy, albeit not as as attentive as one would expect at times. On the whole a fantastic spot, one to return to.

Food quality is great but overpiced and the service very unprofessional. The perfect example of a great concept but poor choice of staff. Why create a menu and a concept like this which would work 100% but then destroy it all by hiring untrained staff on the floor? Why not employ professionals who are dedicated to their job and know how to be waiters? Little knowledge of how to meet and greet, lacking knowledge of the menu, not being assertive enough or accomodating and also not knowing how to work in an organized way to avoid going into chaos and above all knowing how to not show it all to the customers!! Also no glutenfree bread options and I kind of feel that the menu is not explained very well with regards to the mezze options or maybe the waiters should know what they sell better ?! All of the reviews complaining about something have truth in them and maybe management should take action before they run out of customers. I would definitely also review prices, 11,50 for a plate of hummus with a bit of roast veggies and 2 pieces of cracker is too much. Feels like the typical overpriced hipster-wannabe brunch place which might die soon because of lack of professionalism of the staff employed. Choose your front of house wisely and you...

We went during lunchtime and even though I explained a few times that one of ours had a meeting in 55 minutes so kindly asked if they can bring his one sandwich as quickly as possible, which they agreed to, it took them almost one hour to make that sandwich with a very empty restaurant. He had to leave before being able to eat it. They forgot about us outside multiple times and in the end, didn't even come out again although we ordered a menu mediodia and were waiting for them to tell us about the dessert options. The food I had was extremely oily - you get a tiny bowl of hummus as a starter, dripping in oil, but not even a piece of bread so you're supposed to eat pure fat basically. The main was a deep fried eggplant so again pure fat and nothing to soak it up with. My stomach was aching for a few hours after. They don't include coke in the menu but don't tell you when you order so on top of the 19€, the coke is charged for as well. The vibe was really cold. I won't be coming again as it was a really disappointing and...
