Forn Baltà — Restaurant in Barcelona

Their system is really complicated. The locations of queue, cash and the food places are not apperant. You have to ask continuously where and how you get your food/drink and pay. They are always in a hurry that's why they don't reply you and not friendly. When I was taking picture, the lady who is at the cash warned me for the photos. I did not understand! However the place is really experienced and the food is nice. They should be more friendly...

Experiencia desagradable. Trato lamentable. He preguntado por si habían productos aptos para veganos y la chica que me atendió dijo, sin detenerse en pensarlo, que no había absolutamente nada, ni siquiera el pan del bufé de tostadas era apto, ya que según ella TODO el pan de la panadería llevaba manteca o otros ingredientes animales. Ante mi sorpresa preguntó a una compañera, que comentó literalmente que "Aquí no hay nada vegano cariño, si quieres vegano tienes que ir a sitios veganos" . Luego me tocó perder mi tiempo aguantando su opinión personal e innecesaria sobre el veganismo y finalmente, tuve que pagar una miserable lata de coca cola dos euros ya que estaba en grupo y mis compañeros ya habían pedido su consumación. Tuve que salir y buscar otro sitio para desayunar. Como le dije a la dependienta , es la primera panadería que yo haya pisado en mi vida (vegana hace 10 años, a pesar su opinión personal) que no tiene ni siquiera UN pan sin manteca o leche , y por eso dudo mucho fuera cierto y creo más bien que no tenían la voluntad de atenderme. Además, como dulce final, la dependienta me dijo que si yo quería se lo iba a comentar a su encargado. Como sería "Si yo quiero"? A mí me da igual donde comer pan, es la panadería la que pierde! I like this bakery a lot. I’m a fan of their sandwiches and their afternoon meals with rice and meat. However, I don’t like the bread too much for the sandwiches, it’s really hard and sometimes it hurts my mouth. The maintenance of the space despite the amount of traffic this lovely place receives is very well done. It makes me happy to come here whenever I visit Barcelona.
