Amazing banana bread, nice venue! Terrible waitress. I live in Barcelona but I’m English and a tea fan. So I always ask for my tea and natural milk separately so that the tea has enough time to brew. When I got the tea with frothy milk like for coffee and the tea was white as it hadn’t enough time to brew I politely asked again for my original request. First I was told she didn’t have separate cups for the milk, then I was told that the way she did it was the correct way as she stormed away. I did actually get the tea I asked for with a separate cup for milk so obviously that was a lie. I have no problem with the order being wrong but the bad service and horrible attitude towards paying clients ( for very expensive tea btw) stinks! I have been going to this café for quite some time now and I really like the products they offer. However, last time I was there there was a WORM in my dish (a warm apple crumble oatmeal.) The worm obviously came from the oat/granola which means that the oats must have been very old. Food safety should be every café's first concern. But it's not just that: I would expect that after such an incident, Green&Berry would invite me either for the order that I placed that day or invite me for another time to apologize. Except for the dish with the worm I had to pay for everything and I really don't think that's good customer service. Hemos ido unas cuantas veces porqué está bueno, aunque nos ha resultado difícil justificar los precios en ciertas ocasiones. Pagaríamos con más gusto el precio si el servicio estuviera a la altura, pero desafortunadamente, esa no ha sido nuestra experiencia.

El Chai Latte pequeño 4 € parece honestamente desproporcionado. En carta online actualizada, pone que el Chai pequeño cuesta 2,95 € , pero cuando hemos confrontado la diferencia de precio en el local de Balmes, nos han contestado de manera desagradable que esto no era así y punto. Nos dijeron un precio y cuando vemos el cargo en el datáfono, era otro. Puedes equivocarte calculando, pero un mínimo es comunicar al cliente el error.

Fuimos también al local de Enric Granados 153 para cenar, y nos atendieron francamente mal. Estábamos sobre compensando diciendo "por favor" y "gracias" mil veces porqué se nos hacía muy violento como nos estaban tratando. La camarera que nos atendió parecía completamente desinteresada en atendernos. Nos costó conseguir que nos tomara la orden, nos dejaba con la palabra en la boca porque se iba y volvía, sin mirarnos a la cara. Claramente esta falta de interés resultó en que se equivocara con nuestra orden, y evidentemente, no se disculparon.

En resumen, nos sentimos decepcionados por la falta de educación y profesionalismo por parte del equipo de ambos locales. A pesar de la calidad de la comida, la mala experiencia con el servicio nos ha llevado a decidir que no volveremos más a ninguno de los...
