Last sunday, 13.4.25, we visited this restaurant at 2:40 PM and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. The waitress attended to us rudely and did not pay attention to one of the diners, which was quite uncomfortable.
The restaurant's menu is presented in a vertical format, which is uncommon, and we asked for a more detailed explanation of the dishes. However, the waitress did not provide the information we needed and instead rushed us to place our order. When we mentioned that we needed more time to decide, she brusquely replied that the kitchen would close in 40 minutes and that we should hurry up.
The waitress's attitude was of Hispanic origin, and her behavior was truly appalling. She made us feel very uncomfortable and ruined what could have been a pleasant meal. Despite the place being nice, the poor customer service left a bitter taste.
Ultimately, we decided to leave without ordering anything. It was a terrible experience, and we do not intend to return. It's a shame that a place with potential has such...
Read moreIt was raining cats and dogs and my original plan for dinner fell through because the restaurant was full, so I decided I wanted ramen. I went to this place mostly because it was close, but also because of the high score and because the photos looked good.
Service was good, nothing to say about that. The decoration and atmosphere was pretty nice also.
I ordered edamame and a spicy miso ramen.
The edamame were fine, they had salt, some sesame oil and sesame seeds on top.
The ramen... Let's say I've had instant ramyun taste better.
The flavors didn't blend well; with different spoonfuls of soup tasting each different from each other. Further, there were A LOT of ingredients (miso, shiitake, nori, I think cabbage, sesame, spring onions, chaashu and possibly something else I'm forgetting) and somehow, it tasted bland and like it was lacking salt.
I swear, making a flavorless ramen REALLY takes some doing.
Plus, it was pretty expensive, 20€ for a ramen, a mineral water and...
Read moreHaving had real ramen in Japan, I cannot understand how this place has such a high rating, considering the food was below average. The ramen was salty and lacked any flavor, and it was not even hot, just lukewarm. The boiled egg inside was actually cold. The basic simple edamame, it’s hard to get that one wrong, but nevertheless- oily, this one completely lacked salt, not nice at all. The baos were the most basic I ever tried- just a sad leaf of salad inside, besides the pork/shrimp. Service was fast, but I wouldn’t say friendly, seemed like everyone had a bad day at the same time. Would skip this one, if you’re looking for a decent...
