One of the best places to have ramen in Barcelona and the perfect Xiao Long Bao!

I have tried thousands of xiao long bao (when I lived in Melbourne) and most of them don’t come with pork soup inside, but these are juicy inside!

Also Rames is good, you can feel that is “casero”.

About the place, it is cozy and the lady who works as a waitress is lovely, she doesn’t speak Spanish well, but if you tell her at the end that the food was tasty, she will smile at you.

Please, this is a place where you go to enjoy the food and go with “la calma”, slow cooking, this is not a fast food...

The noodles are all handmade with love by the chef & this is evident from the springy-ness of the noodles.

I ordered the picante noodles (辣椒拉面) and added additional beef slices. It was served with the perfect spice level & I loved how tasty each slice of beef was. Overall it was a great experience as the staff was also very friendly.

For those that want more spicy/less spicy noodles, feel free to inform the staff of the spice level...

Ordered the ramen del dia (ramen set meal) for a very affordable price of 9.95 Euros, comprising a ramen, a side (gyoza in this case) and a drink. I ordered the beef 拌面, which meant ramen paired together with an umami sauce. The ramen was hand-pulled and springy, and the sauce was absolutely delicious.
