A Culinary Gem in Barcelona - Restaurante Hiro's Sushi & More!

From the moment I arrived, the ambiance of Restaurante Hiro set the stage for a sophisticated yet comforting dining experience. The decor blended modern chic with a warmth that made every corner inviting, perfect for both romantic dinners and family gatherings.

The sushi buffet was a marvel, boasting a fresh, vibrant sushi selections that catered to all tastes. Each bite of their meticulously crafted nigiri and rolls delivered a burst of authentic flavor, showcasing the skill of their sushi chefs.

But the culinary delights didn't stop at sushi. Restaurante Hiro also offered a tantalizing array of other dishes that were just as exquisite. The tempura was light and crisp, enveloping succulent seafood and vegetables in a delicate batter that was a textural delight providing a sweet and savoury experience that was both comforting and indulgent.

Speaking of service, it was remarkably fast. The staff was not only quick but also warm and professional, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving guests their space to savour the meal.

In terms of value, Restaurante Hiro impressed on that front as well. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the restaurant's prime location and the quality of the food and service. It's a place where indulgence meets value, and that's a rare find in any city.

Overall, Restaurante Hiro is not just a sushi stop—it's a destination for anyone who appreciates fine Japanese cuisine in all its forms. The combination of delicious food, swift and friendly service, fair pricing, and a stunning atmosphere makes it a standout establishment I wholeheartedly recommend. Whether you're a sushi connoisseur or eager to explore a wider array of Japanese cooking, Restaurante Hiro will...

Really decent buffet spot. I enjoyed it quite a lot. The pricing is fair for what you get, with different menus and prices for lunch and dinner. The food quality is about what you’d expect from an all you can eat place, it’s not amazing, but it’s tasty and worth the price. There’s a wide variety of dishes, so it’s easy to find something you like.

I went during dinner, and the restaurant filled up pretty fast and got a bit loud, but there's plenty of space. Drinks and desserts aren’t included, which is expected. The ordering system is a bit old-school since you write everything down, but it works. Taking a photo of your order helps, especially if you’re with a big group. Wait times for food can vary depending on how busy it is.

Overall, I left full and satisfied. The cashier was also nice and let us split the bill individually with the drinks we...

It's very hard to give a review for this place because the food was really nice, tasty, the fish was fresh, but the service was very slow. We went just after 20 to make sure there are not many people. There were maybe 5, 6 tables occupied. We went for buffet option, put our choices on a sheet of paper, and half didn't come, we waited almost 1h to get more food. The waiting time between plates was definitely too long. We were there for almost 2h30min! Just because we were waiting for food. If you have plenty of time, it's a good place to have nice sushi, bao, gyoza (all these ones were amazing!) Also the restaurant has a nice feel, is spacious with many tables.

It was my first asian buffet ever and I was not dissappointed. You pay around 20 euro in the evening (14 in the noon) and you can order whatever and how much you want. Fish was one of the best quality, choice of dishes is so various that you can stay there for couple of hours just figuring out what you want and then enjoy your time there. We came right at the opening of the buffet without reservation and after 30-40 minutes it was almost full (workday). So, I would recommend either to do reservation (if possible) or come right before opening.
