The food I tried is a Californian style cuisine with underwhelming taste. I ordered and received bland chewy burger, the tacos were very average and the service was very slow. The coffee machine broke which is in middle of the room because they don’t dedicated bar. The service guy fixed it and I received sort of cold coffee, a far cry from other On y Va which has great coffee just down the street. Finally, it really made me upset that they are “looking for” reviews instead of honest good product where people are please to write a good review. They will give free dinner to the ‘best’ comment in Google. I have a restaurant in LA and this kind of behavior is considered very low. Onyva House es, sin duda, una de las peores experiencias gastronómicas que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Para empezar, la comida es simplemente mala. Los sabores son insípidos, como si los platos hubieran sido preparados sin el más mínimo interés por la calidad. No hay un solo plato que destaque, todo parece genérico y sin ninguna personalidad. Es sorprendente cómo logran que cada bocado sea tan olvidable.

El menú, además de ser confuso, está lleno de combinaciones que no tienen sentido y parecen metidas con calzador. Leerlo es como intentar descifrar un rompecabezas, pero cuando finalmente eliges algo, te das cuenta de que no valía la pena. La falta de originalidad es abrumadora; cada plato parece una versión barata y aburrida de algo que podrías encontrar en cualquier otro lado.

Lo peor es que, a pesar de lo simple y mal ejecutada que es la comida, las esperas son larguísimas. Pasé demasiado tiempo esperando platos que, francamente, parecían haber sido hechos en minutos, y no en el buen sentido. No se entiende cómo algo tan básico puede tardar tanto en llegar a la mesa.

En resumen, Onyva House es un restaurante que no vale la pena visitar. Mala comida, un menú complicado sin justificación, y esperas eternas para platos que no tienen nada de especial. Una pérdida de...

A great addition to Sarria. And I love it. The brother of the cafe just up the road. I’m not sure if people know that it offers a great food. That is different from the traditional usual Catalan menu.

The scrambled eggs are the best I have ever had and I have lived all around the world . Just simple. All about the eggs. I also love Shakshuka. Hope I’ve spelt that correctly.
