𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝟏𝟎𝟏 𝐁𝐂𝐍 is one of the most beautiful experiences I had in Barcelona, which left me with both enthusiasm when I was there and nostalgia when I returned to the country where I live.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: simplicity and uniqueness, authenticity, high quality, eclecticism, and profound sensitivity.

A superficial eye might not recognize the attention paid to the organization of the place.

And the 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞... what can I say! If you just come for 5 minutes in a hurry or expect industrial values and prices, you probably won't like it. But if you want to see the real side of a genuine heart, then you can open your eyes to a new world and rediscover those values that seem lost by society: humility, genuineness, empathy, openness, an extraordinary smile and the attention of the owner and the chef: it will be a 360-degree experience.

Cristian is like an artist and a poet: respectful, introspective, sensitive, open and charming. And probably a lot more.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐛: the octopus, smoked anchovy (la anchoa ahumada) and potatoes (patatas bravas) are highly recommended. A sensational combination of fresh ingredients. Excellent wine. Great coffee and shot of alcohol (coffee based).

A 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 and a heart that I only remembered from fairy tale movies and from my grandparents, through which they spoiled me. A 𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 that gave me so much energy and positive shock, which I will remember for so long time if not forever.

I can't imagine for him, the place or the food anything less than a top rate.

Sin duda la peor experiencia que he tenido en un bar. Con un grupo grande de amigos hicimos una reserva para cenar, con un precio cerrado. Normalmente cuando se hacen este tipo de reservas se sabe que el cliente va a pagar este precio, el cual incluye comida+1 bebida, y que si el cliente quiere pedir algo de más lo va a pagar aparte.

Sólo llegar quisimos pedir la bebida incluida en el menú acordado y el camarero nos empezó a hablar mal porque pensaba que solo íbamos a beber 1 botella de vino (entre 20...), que no sabía quien lo iba a pagar y que a él no le salía a cuenta lo que estábamos bebiendo. Nos quedamos a cuadros, primero porque teníamos 1 bebida por cabeza incluida y segundo porque en caso de beber de más es obvio que se va a pagar, realmente la forma en la que nos trató fue completamente innecesaria y más cuando la idea de ir a cenar todos juntos es para pasarlo bien. Sinceramente, no entendimos su reacción.

Después empezaron a traernos la comida. 9 platos para todos. Sí, ni a croqueta por persona, ni a un trozo de tortilla por persona, a penas probamos el pan... Insultante, nunca me había encontrado con esta situación, para ser más concretos explicaré que éramos 20 y que para todos había: 2 platos de pan con tomate, 2 platos con 5 croquetas, 1 bandeja con tiras de pollo, 1 plato con tortilla, 2 platos con tostadas de salmón, y 1 plato con bobas de arroz con carne.

La verdad, una gran decepción. Creo que si accedes a preparar un menú para 20 personas interesa dar buena impresión, y lo que pedíamos era lo normal; comida, bebida y buen trato. Habrían ganado un montón de clientes. Pero visto lo visto, no les interesaba.

No lo recomendaría a nadie.

Without any doubt the worst experience I've had in a bar. With a big group of friends we made a reservation for dinner, with a closed price. Normally when these types of reservations are made it is known that the client will pay this price, which includes food + 1 drink, and that if the client wants to order something else he will pay it separately.

Just arrived we wanted to order the drink included in the agreed menu and the waiter started to speak badly because he thought that we were only going to drink 1 bottle of wine (between 20 ...), that he did not know who was going to pay and that he was not going to obtain gains for what we were drinking. We were in shock, first because we had 1 drink per head included and second because if you drink more than what is agreed in the menu it is obvious that you are going to pay it. Honestly the way he treated us was completely unnecessary and specially when the idea of ​​going out for dinner all together is to have fun. Sincerely, we did not understand his reaction.

Then they started bringing us the food. 9 dishes for everyone. Yes, neither croquete per person, nor a piece of tortilla per person, we barely taste the bread ... Insulting, I had never encountered this situation, to be more specific I will explain that we were 20 and that for all there was: 2 plates of bread with tomato, 2 plates with 5 croquetes, 1 plate with strips of chicken, 1 plate with omelette, 2 plates with toasts of salmon, and 1 plate with rice and meat "bombas".

The truth, a big disappointment. I think that if you agree to prepare a menu for 20 people, it is important to make a good impression, and what we asked for was normal; food, drink and good treatment. They would have won a lot of customers. But after what we saw, they were not interested.

I wouldn't recommend...

Ride owner or manager! Nice waiter! I walked in to get a coffee the owner started screaming at the waiter why he accepted my order ! Then when he was coming to tell me I can’t manager told him it’s too late ! I literally wanted to get an espresso and smoke a cigarette and get going, a friend was with me he told him he cannot sit if he doesn’t order something we ordered a bottle of water just so he can sit.

Total time we sat there : enough time to smoke 1 cigarette.

Cannot tell if it was racism or pure stupidity!
