Pizza Mitica — Restaurant in Barcelona

Literally the worst experience with this restaurant. We ordered two margarita pizzas and they only delivered one. No problem we all make mistakes. But instead of trying to fix it a clueless lady on the phone saying she is “trying to find a solution” for more than 15 minutes refusing to simply send us another one. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with and simply no sense of commercial gesture.

And to talk about the food, the ONE pizza that we did get arrived cold and was a thin piece of dough (unlike the advertised pictures of the company). Definitely...

Tried their offering at the Too Good To Go app, and it was satisfactory. Nothing special since it was only their mini pizzas. But good value for the amount that I paid.

The location is in the center of Sarria, and the place is clean and nice. It's a bit small and you have no seating.

Service was welcoming, and it was very easy and fast to pick...
