We were lucky to eat at Present restaurant on their opening night, and it was a wonderful experience. Present restaurant is a cozy, classy, and elegant restaurant where every detail has been meticulously curated. An intimate ambiance of only 5 tables allows for an exquisite dining experience, with exceptional service. White table cloths, elegant silverware/dinnerware, and beautiful wine glasses adorn the tables. We had the opening night tasting menu, and it was a festival for the senses. We were offered three different kinds of wines, paired perfectly with every part of the menu. Leo, the chef, prepared spectacular dishes that were extraordinary, making evident his vast experience in the kitchen. The ceps butter was out of this world, the salmon was fresh and original, the lamb and shallots were delicious, and to finish it off, the Mascarpone dessert, not too sweet, not to heavy was perfect. The food was great too and we had their tasting menu at the most reasonable of price. Each dish was well-curated with seasonal ingredients and top produces sourced locally.
