Restaurant Mancora — Restaurant in Barcelona

Today was my 6th time to eat here. Normally I am very hungry when I go there and quite satisfied when I leave. Today however was a desaster. The waitress took my order with a popsickle in her mouth which eventually distracted her so much that she took the wrong order. Okay - no problem , solution found. However, the ceviche was full of cartilage (?) and not tender at all, the fried fish unfortunately came with only a drop of sauce and some rice. When the waitress brought the food, she accidentally dropped a piece of fish and then just moved on as though nothing happened :-( - So the fish just sat on the table as though I was not capable of eating. While the male waiter was/is quite attentive and friendly the female waitress was not attentive to me as a client :-/ Big shame - normally great food - today a complete Desaster. Mi indignación de ir almorzar hoy en mi día de fiesta comida peruana ya que no suelo comer todos los días, iba en algunas ocasiones a este restaurante porque me pilla cerca a casa. No es tan guay! Pero pasable..🙄 hoy fue la excepción que jamás volvería primeramente por la comida pedí 2 menús 1 era para comer ahí y el otro para llevar entonces me llegó el plato que pedí de entrada un ceviche y de 2 plato un aji de gallina mas bien eso parecía sopa con trozos de pollo horrible!! Yo también soy peruana también se cocinar!!! y lo mas feo que e visto de ese plato que no llegue a tomarle foto porque pensé que me darían alguna solución? Pues ahí estaba la dueña y ni que decir la desagradable actitud de la dueña!! que ni siquiera buscó una solución, se puso a decirme que rarooo??? Todos an comido y nadies a dicho nada? Y toda ella con su pésima actitud al decirme; puessss te cobraré 8,50€ y ya! Como que si me reclamaría por no querer pagarle??? Me sabio tan mal que hasta se me quitaron las ganas de comer!!! Por solo una entrada de ceviche con 4 trozo de pescado?? Y decirme pues la perca está caro!!! y tampoco estuvo tan bueno pero como tenía tanta hambre en fin esperé el 2 plato pero fue lo Y para mí fue tan decepcionante la actitud de esa mujer que puso su cara de cabreada y le dije pues yo no me comeré ese plato solo porque usted diga que está bien? Y cobrarme de esa manera y pensó que me iba a llevar el menú que pedí? No señora cambie su actitud porque yo trabajo en atención al público y jamás trataría así a mis clientes!! Porque los trato como me gustaría que me trataran muy bien. Y con su pésima actitud no me llevaré el otro menú, y le dije; bueno no me pondré a pelear cóbrame y ya y que jamás volvería que mala atención, que mala la comida. The price level is reasonable and the portions big. But the ceviche was swimming in the sauce and lacked acidity from the lime and the taste was not on point. A bit weird sides as the boiled yucca was warm and didn’t go with the cold fresh ceviche but maybe this is something Peruvian that I just didn’t understand.
