Surprisingly good! We got off a hop on-hop off and started looking for food. We saw good reviews for Restaurant Sancho, so we stopped by.
As we entered the restaurant, we were hesitant. No customers were in the restaurant, the area looked a little sketchy, and the interior was old. We got the menus and it was expansive, which is typically not a good sign. We asked our waiter for recommendations and he had none.
We eventually asked for sea bass, chicken skewers, grilled shrimp, grilled peppers, tripe, and some Asian dumplings. The grilled peppers, shrimp and fish was the best we had in Spain. The cod croquettes were probably were the best we ate in Spain, dense and crunchy, unlike the creamy ones we had elsewhere. Even the French fries were nice and crunchy. The fish wasn't gutted - very home style (we prefer gutted fish as it tastes sweeter).

we ordered pizza and a few other small things. pizza was not bad at all. chicken wings seemed microwaved or something.
dining room was smokey and uncomfortable. there weren't many other customers, but the waitress seemed extremely stressed and confused. she messed up the order several times even though we tried both Spanish and English to be sure.
we got the wrong beers ordered and one beer came in a dirty glass.
