Great service! Kind people!! I am from California and had some shopping done when it started raining. I saw this place and ran inside with my luggage drenched and thought to get some coffee while waiting for rain to stop. Edu invited me With smiling face and made the best cup of coffee and was willing to look after my luggage since I had to run to bathroom. I am saying this because I was impressed with such service. I generally think of the Santa Gloria chain as a decent place for a coffee and a snack, but this location is a mess. Half the tables were cluttered with unbussed food, no toilet paper in the bathroom, tea saucer was served dirty. The lone woman working there was nice but clearly the place is understaffed. I came with my laptop to get some work done but there was no wifi, so I ate my soggy...

Santa Glòria és un local que habitualment visitem i sempre ens ha agradat per la seva atenció i qualitat, però avui ens agradaria fer una consulta més que una ressenya.

Fa uns dies ens vam deixar una pilota de cuir al local, una pilota amb una xarxa groga que, a banda de ser valuosa econòmicament, té un gran valor sentimental per nosaltres. Hem estat intentant trobar-la sense èxit. Tot i que el personal ens ha confirmat que la havien guardat no són capaços de localitzar-la.

Ens agradaria saber amb qui podem parlar per mirar de recuperar-la. Com sabeu, per als nens de la plaça les pilotes de futbol són importants! Gràcies per endavant!

PS: La seva resposta genèrica i en castellà no respon en absolut a la meva petició. El tracte rebut al intentar recuperar la pilota no ha estat satisfactori ni en persona ni online. Ens han confirmat que la han tingut, però no hem rebut una resposta clara sobre què se n'ha fet. Confio que ho puguin reconduir....
