Tomato malatang choice was nice. I picked non-spicy and it had a mild flavor.

The location is relatively easy to spot. Atmosphere is pretty nice and the lighting is yellowish.

There’s a minimum of 400g for your bowl weight so keep that in mind! (noted on the section where you pick ingredients)

Service was good, and the cashier works very fast. Can also speak English!

Selection of ingredients is okay. I noticed some items were good quality, while some didn’t smell too fresh (maybe from being exposed for a while)

I don’t understand why your menu doesn’t show the spicy soup option. It only lists tomato soup, mushroom soup, and so on, and the only spicy choice is dry noodles. I thought dry noodles would be fine, but when I ordered, it turned out to be sesame paste. However, the picture shows dry noodles with red chili oil. Very nice malatang place with high quality ingredients. Unfortunately the boss lady is a little racist. I asked for normal spicy level and she insisted on serving the spice mix on the side, arguing that "Chinese level spicy" would be too much for me (a white guy).
