While taste-wise the whole dish (I got the “Spicy Ebi Kara age Ramen”) was tolerable, overall it’s hard to say they’ve done ramen any justice. In fact, they should just call it a “noodle soup” since it resembles Japanese ramen as much as McDonald’s fries resemble patatas bravas. The broth is paper thin and tastes like water mixed with a dash of miso paste. Fried chicken is covered in thick batter like something you would get from a cheap Chinese takeout, and it‘s mostly soggy by the time the dish reaches your table. Other ingredients seem to be randomly chosen and piled “just because”. Sometimes “less is more” is a good thing. Zero trace of umami.
