Vicio has a very interesting business model - focused on delivery and self service. Their website and marketing is simple and fun! You are laughing while making an order, getting a “couple goals pack - no couple included” etc.

The burgers are tasty, correct, simple, two smash burger pieces included in a brioche. Nothing outstanding, do not expect a gourmet burger (which like me due to their branding and prices you might actually expect…).

The experience of eating inside has been poor. First we were provided cheeseburgers instead of Vicio original which we ordered. Secondly, the cleaning lady has been wiping the floor, throwing all the dirt on us while we were eating … so disrespectful.

Overall, VICIO will do the job if you are craving a burger to have at home and ordering it on Glovo, but if you feel like a gourmet quality burger - it’s not the place to go. There are burger places in Barcelona with a better price/ quality ratio. Again congratulations to VICIO for the usability of their website and a creative...

Edit: a year later, we have ordered a few more times from Vicio, and it continues to be pretty much the same, alright but not really good.

From all the talk about Vicio we were eager to try their burgers, but frankly, we thought they were...not very good. The serving size of meat was generous, but the quality was not what we expected. It tasted "strong and pungent, even "gamey". And the few toppings were thrown carelessly on top of the meat. The delivery was just at the tail end of the estimated 25-35 minutes, but the burgers were almost cold, which meant that the raw runny egg was kind of gummy and sticky, not very appealing. Note that we understand it is not easy to get the timing down perfectly, especially right now with the holidays and high number of COVID infections...

I have previously enjoyed going to Vicio as their burgers are delicious but have noticed a decline in quality and service which I think may be down to how busy they are or the opening of more. They let half the group order and then stopped orders and wouldn’t let them sit with us for 45 minutes which meant we had eaten and they still hadn’t ordered… yet when we finished and waited outside for the rest of our group there were 5 members of staff dancing and messing around out the front …

The chicken burger is ok but incredibly messy and actually lacking crisp so in my opinion their star piece is the cheeseburger and if you’re going to go … this is what I’d stick to.

The Oreo tiramisu though …...
