This was a fun surprise to discover some Columbian dishes. Unfortunately, several options weren't available or already sold out for the day, including the juices. The waitress was very nice but woefully shorthanded, and I was a bit concerned about where the ice was coming from when there was a crab leg in my glass. When I showed the waitress this, she took the glass but never brought me another and also never replaced the bottle of water I had poured in. The teenagers were not so impressed with the entrecot (way undercooked) and the hamburger platter (we were offered a bun when we asked, but it never arrived). Read moreGreat little place with full of surprises. Quaint place one would expect to see in a pretty place such as Begur. The location is ideal with plenty of outdoor seating. We had a bit of challenge with the language as we were all English speaking and they could speak only Spanish. But we managed to get our order through. The goats cheese salad starter in particular did not belong on a 15 euro menu, it was beautiful and tasty, it would have been that much for the salad alone in England, never mind with 2 more courses and wine. Lovely view of Begur castle from our shaded seats outside. They were busy but not completely full (we just walked up no booking), lots of locals mixed in with tourists, the atmosphere was friendly too. We will be back...
