Restaurante Pronto Chipen — Restaurant in Benalmádena

Called in today with my family. Complete chaos. My children saw that they served crepes and slushes. We sat down, really struggled to get the attention of the waitress (she just didn’t seem interested in serving English people, just took the orders of the Spanish)ordered the food and drink. Food arrived, drinks never came, I had to go to the bar and ask where they were. Food and drink pretty much thrown at us and slammed on the table. Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. I speak pretty good Spanish, and always order everything in Spanish, but there is no need to be so rude, when children are about, and at the end of the day, you are paying...

Worst place in spain I have eaten. Service was appalling. 1 hour wait for a spanish omelette and fries. Thrown in front of me with not a word. No fries wondered if they were coming on another plate. Managed to flag down the rude server who just said they run out, than walked off. Left wondering if he was getting somekne else. Never came back. No apology nothing. I was starving at this point and tbh running out of time to go anywhere else. Than tried knocking off only €1 for half the meal. The salad was a tiny bit of lettuce and small tomato not like the photo...

Terrible food. Food not the same as it shown at the menu. Disgusting taste of my salad , was sour and not fresh. Portions very small for this price

Update: I got a really bad food poisoning yesterday, and I’m sure it was this salad. I’m regretting eating there very much. Please, avoid this place for your own sake. This place don’t care at all about their clients,they just poisoning people with their „food”. I don’t get it how it still even open .. hope the owner gonna get the same condition I...
