Chef Salvatore delivers top quality/flavours/ingredients and you get all the best of Napoli in sunny Benalmádena. The restaurant is spotless inside and out. After reading the menu my simple glass of rosé in the sun changed into a meal ! The Puttanesca pasta has to be my favourite ever ! Wonderful ! Washed down with more rosé I finished with the tiramisu. Great service and atmosphere. Amazing freshly made pizza. Really good and rich arrabbiata sauce on the pasta, but the tagliatelle... The tagliatelle was overcooked. When you visit Italian restaurants, you are expected "al dente" pasta, but not here... It was soft like Chinese noodles. You should use more quality brand of pasta or cook that for less time. Also don't forget salt when you boil the pasta: sauce on the pasta is perfect and salty enough, yes, but you should add enough amount of salt when pre-boiled pasta for food preparation.
