Just a big scam, Come here if you want your mood to get destroyed. We have been to restaurant all around the world, and I have never seen worst customer service. I mean, have you ever get threatened “we are calling the police” for THEIR OWN wrong doing? Every staff in the restaurant can be quoted for how ridiculous this service is.
We stepped in the restaurant and immediately the “manager” walked away (to the counter ) no greating no nothing. We then stepped in ask whether we can take a sit. She replied by “inside or outside”. We kindly explained we would like a sit with air con if there’s any inside, we would be fine to sit outside if there isn’t any. Completely ignoring a full sentence. She frustratingly ask “so inside or outside “.
Finally, we took a seat after a bit of confusion. The manager took our order. And here starts the nightmare. We ordered a 500 g ribeye steak cooked medium rare and a barbecue steak that is the most expensive in the menu. We are then served a well done steak that does not look like 500 g neither does it look like a ribeye steak.
We thought we would bother them too much if we asked for a medium rare steak. we are not aware that we are served 300 g of whatever steak they have instead.
One of our family member then came across the other table and saw a really big steak and got curious. As we have ordered the largest steak we could have ordered in the menu turns out we had the same order and when confronting the chef himself. He admitted that he have not served us what we have ordered.
Totally unaware of what we were served, we have finished the steak. we then ask the supposed manager what actually happened and what we are served demanding to see what we have ordered in a plate. The manager then claims that we are being aggressive while she is the one that is clearly screaming and threaten us that she will call the police(first time stating that she will call the police) we then get really confused as we were not served what we have ordered.
The manager manage to get back to the chef and came back with the excuse “ we have a lot of customer to serve” and “ our chef at the back doesn’t speak English” she delivered the excuse, pointing fingers and stomping her feet being extremely aggressive but not a single apology as in it’s not their restaurants fault. Which to be honest, we felt like they are scamming us just because we are tourist.
She then offer to give us 300 g of ribeye steak (type of steak that we ordered originally but different grams) “for free”.
We understand her offer but ask whether she can show us what she have served us originally (wrong one) and pay for the 300g of ribeyes.
She refuse to do so, refusing to show prices for what we have eaten. And insist if we don’t pay for the 500g rib eye steak they will call the police.
Honestly we agree that they can call the police if they want. As we are paying 500g rid eye steak price for 300g of dry low quality steak and 300g of rib eye steak.
They claim they gave us 100g extra so we need to pay the rib eye price. We honestly don’t have the time to spare for this rubbish service and restaurant. So we just paid it.
She also added “Yes! the steak is well done. And what? You ate it”
We definitely ate it. We ate food that they are trying to scam us with. They are calling the police on us when we caught them scamming.

When I asked for the table for 4 we were told that there was a 15-30 minute wait and we could have a drink first while we waited. As soon as I said it’s ok we will go elsewhere magically the table was available overlooking the marina. The view and table were great. I’m from Aberdeen, Scotland so I know what Angus Steak is. I was interested to see how the steak was. The starter was amazing but the mains were not great. My wife’s was well done as asked. My oldest asked for medium and it came well done. Mine was the tester which had 4 different kinds which were skirt, rump, ribeye and sirloin. I asked for medium rare and they obviously cooked them at the same time even though they were different thickness. Only the ribeye and rump were cooked correctly the other 2 were well done. My youngest ordered the 500gr sirloin medium rare and it came well done. When we asked for it to be done correctly the first waiter apologized for it and said no problem. The reason for this rant/post is because the attitude of the second waitress was she came running back with the steak and said that due to uneven thickness it could be cooked correctly even though we had checked the thickest part. We did to prove it was well done. She didn’t apologize and then said that she would get the chef to cook another. After 10 minutes the new steak arrived with fresh chips but no new peppercorn sauce. We had to asked for new which seems to be a hassle. This time the steak was rare/blue. FFS. 3 out of 8 steaks cooked correctly which is poor for a steakhouse. Read moreI’ve been to Angus behind sunset beach and it was a really beautiful place to visit and eat. The service was great and the staff were really lovely and helpful. Angus on the marina is a different story do. My steak was ordered as medium rare and my partner ordered hers well done. My was perfect but my partner had blood streaming out of hers so we asked could they cook it again. When they returned it was cooked a little more on the outside and still raw in the middle. At this stage myself and my daughter were finished our food and my partners chips and other food were well cold, so we asked for the bill. They still tried to charge full price for the meal that was ate. When we questioned it they said you don’t want to pay anything, she didn’t eat anything so why should I pay for it. The manager was very rude and took €10 from the bill. I questioned it again and he then reduced our bill by the price of one meal and was very abrupt and not what you would expect from a manager in a venue like this. Over all I was very disappointed at the customer service from the manager and since this I’ve spoken to people who live there to hear they also felt the same about the manager who was dealing with us that evening. I don’t think the man has the personality or the experience to be a manager in such a busy restaurant like this. He lacks people skills and manners and would be best suited working on the banana boat ride on the beach and not in a restaurant of this standard.
