I have no words, to be honest. Everytime we visit - everything is as good as it can possibly be. Service is 10/10, they care about you like you are brother/sister of the owner and they sweat their a** off to give you the best impression can be. They NEVER cooked our food wrong. Steak #1 is rare, steak #2 is medium, change the potatoes for the salad, sauces this and that - and you will get exactly what you ordered! I know, might sound funny, but it is not much service in Spain. In this place we feel special and taken care of. Kitchen - just "weird" world. They all work as a team (the restaurant have a view on a kitchen, ask for the second terrace to see everything while you wait), dance together to a bangers, laugh while serving you the best steak on Costa del Sol. Would love to add pictures to the review, but we actually can't stop ourselves and instantly attack food :((( To try: Starters: ate all, have some questionable, but if you come there as a really hungry couple or a group of 3+ - always take "combos" or nachos plate. Meat: any steak, we tried ALL of them, they are all godly good. Sauces: pepper sauce. Salad: we tried most of them, guess they are like steaks - all great. Be aware that they are for 2+ (portions are gigantic). Dessert: icecream, chocolate fudge, any pie - amazing, but wouldn't recommend brownie - being served in a cup (?) with minimal sauce, which makes it really dry, unfortunately. Burgers and pizza: guys, you will come to a place named "Steak House", I mean, c'mon :) Please, order anything else than that. Drinks: they have various alcoholic beverages, like wine, beer, vodka, whiskey, liquor etc etc etc, but my go-to is cocktails. Tried one with the spinach and ginger - great digestive. Read moreI took my partner to this restaurant for a special Christmas treat and the experience wasnt pleasant at all. We arrived around 19:15 and were seated at our table quickly. The drinks were served straight after being seated and we decided to go for two burgers. After an hour more or less we decided to order another set of drinks hoping to get our food. The waiter kindly asked us to move to another table with heating, we very very grateful for this. Prior to moving tables we had seen another table complaining about their food, we were being patient as we understand Christmas night can get a bit busy. After 30 minutes we decided to ask the waiter about our food and she informed us that they had another group who arrived before us so this was the reason our food was being delayed. While we were moving tables another big group arrived and they were served before us. Excuse me but we have been waiting for our food for over an hour and half or more now? What happens next, this table who had previously been complaining said to us that we havent been in the restaurant for two hours and started arguing with me and my partner. The only thing I can think is that they were trying to cover themselves for complaining? We didnt really understand nothing at all. The food didnt come until I had to stand up and complain infront of the other new group who was being served. We decided to take the food away and will never be going back again. Read moreI’m a very big fan of this place, the host was so friendly and kind and so helpful to sit us down! But from then on it was a disaster, 25 minutes before our order was even took I had to ask for it to be taken and then the drinks finally came. Starters were perfect so nice and tasty, but the table wasn’t cleared then for 15 minutes after we finished. The waitresses were sniggering about things when I pointed them out. I kept my mouth shut and still hadn’t complained by this stage until the mains came. My partners burger was freezing cold, so we sent this back. I got fajitas and asked for some grated cheese.. this came out in a bowl and it was frozen. I sent that back also and was told that’s all they have that was fine I said it’s ok I’ll do without. Then the burger came back and once cut was completely red not a bit cooked inside. I then made it clear to the man who told me he was the manager that we were fed up and wanted to go to cancel the burger, which he did. The bill then came without the burger as it shouldn’t have been on this wasn’t a good gesture as it was sent back but also the frozen cheese still added on.
