Beirut Street Food — Restaurant in Benidorm

We were excited to visit this restaurant because of its high rating and great location. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite meet expectations.

At the entrance, we were told there were almost no available tables, but in the end, we were seated for one hour. About 10 minutes later, a group of 8 arrived without a reservation and were quickly given a table. It seemed the owner stepped in and handled the situation well — he clearly understands hospitality better than the staff. Still, it didn’t feel great to witness that kind of favoritism.

The table that arrived after us received their food faster. The food itself was okay, though for me it had too much lemon. Our drinks also took a long time to arrive.

I don’t want to affect the restaurant’s overall rating too harshly, but I do hope the owner sees this message: it would be wonderful if every guest could feel...

We came here for dinner and ordered the Motabell as a starter. It looked nice on the plate, but unfortunately the taste was completely missing: not salty, not spicy, not sour… basically no flavor at all. We gave it several chances but couldn’t finish it. My advice: the chefs should really taste this dish themselves, because as it is now, it doesn’t work.

After that, we ordered two dürums. These were actually tasty, and the fries were very, very good – definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the portions were extremely small. And that’s a shame, because with fries this good, you could really win over customers by serving a bit more generously.

had an amazing time at Beirut Street Food From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal.

The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I especially loved the taboulah , mixed grill and konafah which was cooked to perfection. Portions were generous, and the menu had a great variety of options for all tastes.
