Family of 4, take 5 items. Waiter (mid 50s, white hair) comes to us 5 min after finishing our ice creams and asks us to leave as there is people queueing outside and they have to close in 20 min due to Covid. This place has a take away facility so customers could be offered that option rather than asking customers inside to leave. Very poor service, approach and manners. When explaining the person this was very poor service and extremely dissapointing experience he just answered “you can leave a review in Google”. If you’re not local, Be aware! We were buying a bottle of water and young man “made a mistake” by charging 60 cents less than he supposed to. He “mentioned” that immediately and asked us to pay remaining 60 cents but made another “mistake” by charging us 60 euros instead. My wife didn’t notice that but after the money was gone, we asked for refund. That wasn’t easy, tbh. La verdad decepcionada, estábamos mi familia y yo haciendo la cola y solo yo me salí de la cola mientras mi familia aún seguía en la cola , y solo me salí para mostrarle algo de la cartelera que tenían ha mano derecha y la empleada fue súper grosera que tenia que hacer la cola o si no me tenia que retirar de allí de ese espacio , y le seguía explicando que ya estábamos haciendo la cola pero quería mostrar algo y ella es como si se hiciera la sorda me seguía diciendo q hiciera la Cola . Así q le doy una estrella por la mala atención Porq estoy pagando por algo no pidiendo ni nada , deberían mejorar Porq por otras reseñas veo q ha pasado mucho y yo por lo menos como turista no vuelvo mas, TE RESPONDO DE NUEVO : No me molesta hacer cola , si lees bien mi familia estaba en la cola y yo solo me salí a mostrarles algo de la pancarta que tenían aún lado para mostrarle a mi marido lo q queríamos pedir y mi familia seguía en la cola ,en ningún momento dije que me molestará hacer la cola , y si te das cuenta tienes muchas malas reseñas de la mala atención por parte del personal y ojo no todo el personal porq los 2 chicos que atendieron fueron excelentes pero la...
