Circo Burger — Restaurant in Benidorm

I unfortunately had to delete my previous review which I refered to the best burger I ever had which was true. The first time (evening) was truly great and I was amazed by the high quality of the burger (I've tried many across the globe)

The second time was slightly worse during the day. Where we asked to order burgers later and start with some starters. The waitress (dark haired latina) told us it was not possible and that we had to order everything at once. We then said ok, but could you please give us some time between starters and mains which she confirmed was ok. To our surprise the burgers came when we barely had finished half of the starters. The waitress toke no responsibility of this and simply blamed the kitchen. Burgers again great, service poor.

Before returning home to Sweden I wanted to enjoy these burgers one kast time. We unfortunately had the same waitress (dark haired latina) and this time the service was so horrible it's hard to describe. Once again we asked to have some space between starters and main and referred to the previous time where it was not managed. She once again said ok.

This time instead of serving us to early she served us cold burgers (must have been done at least 20 mins before). We complained and asked for new ones. With a disrespectful tone she accepted and agreed to make new ones. Yet again to our surprise she came out with the same burgers even colder (we new as we had cut of a small piece of the meat to try the temperature). She then started to scream at us in a way that is completely unacceptable. We send the burgers back again, payed only for our drinks and had to find another place.

This is very unfortunate for such a good burger place. So please to the owner/manager. This waitress has to go as she is ruining your business, we were there today July 30th for lunch in case you need help identifying her. I have never been disrespected in such a way in a...

The burger was average at best, with a handful of thinly sliced potatoes. The service was really bad. Firstly, when we were asked if we want any drinks, there was no menu so we asked the waitress about options. She said water and beer, so we ordered beer. We found it strange as the website offered more options. Later on we saw other customers having tinto de verano and radler, that we were not informed about and would be our preferred options, but we let it slide. Then the burger came, it was ok, really nothing special (I’ve had burgers all over Europe), it was ok. The worst part was the bill. First it came with items we didn’t order - 2 additional drinks of tinto de verano (we weren’t even offered that, so how could we order that??), and additional charge for super beef in our burgers, that we were not aware of. We argued the additional drinks and the beef charge. The drinks were removed but the beef wasn’t. We tried explaining it to the waitress, but she was adamant that we were informed, and if we weren’t, it was in the menu. We said we just got two burgers from the menu, but she still charged us for the super beef. When we said that they don’t even inform customers about available drinks, she said we don’t have it printed out. So basically you have to guess their drink offerings. All in all, I would never get back there again, absolute rip off, waitress more interested in scrolling through her phone, than remembering drinks menu and what each customer had.

Hamburguesas espectaculares con nivel top!

Por fin Circo en Benidorm!👏🏽

La mejor hamburguesería que se puede encontrar en la zona.

Probé dos burgers Vieja da souza y Julieta + entrante nachos con pull pork y postre tarta Lotus.

Nachos tremendos, de los mejores que he probado,son totopos caseros con guacamole, pico de gallo , crema de queso picante, salsa y pulled pork, me fliparon.

En cuanto a las hamburguesas fue un espectáculo, pides el punto de la carne, el cocinero lo clavó, ademas salió él mismo a servirlas, cómo se nota la maduración de la carne con sabor potente, la combinación de ingredientes casa a la perfección, disfrutas cada bocado, a destacar la burger Julieta con su crema de turrón y mermelada de bacon, y en la vieja da souza el picante es bastante protagonista quizás le quita sabor a la carne, pero si te gusta el picante es perfecta.

En cuanto al pan es brioche fino pero aguanta muy bien hasta el final.

Vienen acompañadas de patatas caseras y una salsa fuerte que engancha.

Cómo broche final probé la tarta de galleta Lotus, cremosa y toque perfecto de crema Lotus.

El servicio correcto, la camarera muy cercana y atenta en todo momento.

El local , bien decorado dispone de terraza ,local cubierto y local cerrado ,está ubicado en una calle estratégica, en el que la afluencia de gente es brutal ,lleva poco tiempo abierto asi que les auguro mucho éxito.

A destacar qué tienen burger del mes y eso incentiva a ir a probar cada obra de arte.
