Eleven Pub and Grill — Restaurant in Benidorm

After speak to 4 gents on the front and they said the food was good... Me and my family decided to try 11:11.... STAY AWAY

ATMOSPHERE The music was nice and that's the best ya gonna get.

SERVICE Maria served us, took 20 minutes for just the drinks, I ordered a sirloin medium to well done (knowing that medium to well done means medium) with chips (remember chips)

My wife ordered entracote( basically a fillet steak) with chips.

Daughter order fried chicken (not Brazilian, not Swahili....jus plain fried chicken.

So... My plate arrived with salad, the other plates arrived with their respective chips (fries).

I asked MARIAA, I wanted and asked for chips, not salad.... Now a language barrier being what it is...... Let me clarify.

Me "Excuse', no salad... I.... Chips"

MARIA "ok, threw the plate back down and walked away after doing a shoo shoo gesture with her hand"

The patient part of me gave way to rage, the language barrier is one thing but to be shoo'd and then completely disregarded.

So my wife trying to rescue the meal, try the steak..." If this thing had a sear on it like it was just dunked in a deep drier, the inside was RAW.... It was that raw, it started to moo and seek a pasture to eat from.

The "Brazilian" chicken If by Brazilian they mean bulletproof to stop a 7.62 round yes, these pieces of chicken were tough, way too salty.

Final point: Took a picture of "the bar".... Look at it, all those glasses stacked filthy, dirty place...had I have seen this prior to eating "I would have ran...

Our experience at this Brazilian steakhouse was nothing short of a nightmare. We arrived on a Saturday evening to find the place practically empty, yet it still took a good 10 minutes for any staff to acknowledge our presence after having chosen a table. The understaffed situation was painfully evident throughout our visit. After finally receiving the menu, it was another struggle to get our orders taken and the drinks arrived a whopping 20 minutes later.

The food was a complete disaster - overcooked on the outside, raw on the inside. The service was equally atrocious, with the manager himself harassing clients, invading their space, and interrupting the meal with unwanted chatter. My husband's 'all-you-can-eat' option turned out to be a joke, as he was served a pitiful selection of just four types of meat over the span of an hour. To top it off, one of the meats was dangerously undercooked pork, posing serious health risks. The food in the buffet was completely overcooked and dry. It seems that it was cooked in the morning and kept their for all day long.

As a Brazilian who cherishes the art of barbecue, this experience was beyond disappointing. I wouldn't wish this horrendous ordeal on anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place...

I was in Benidorm last week with my family and we decided to stop in as it looked nice, we sat down and had drinks and i asked our server Mariaa what the Entrecote was - it took a little while but she explained it was strips of steak that comes with chips or salad, so i ordered that with chips at 19 euros, my husband ordered the sirloin with chips art 25 euros and my daughter ordered a Brazilian fried chicken for 9.50.

Everything arrived until my husbands food came with salad instead of chips - we called Mariaa over and he explained there had been a mistake and he had ordered chips - she repeated "you wanted chips, not salad" my husband said yes, she looked at his plate waved her hand dismissively and walked off.... he sat there for 15 minutes waiting for her to bring his chips out, he encouraged us to eat while he waited and his food got cold. she never came back - she was walking round taking plates, taking orders and glancing at us now and then but nothing.

The place was not to busy, but the bar was covered in dirty glasses, beer bottles and trash. we ate paid and left.

The service and attitude was disgusting, and after how they treat people you couldn't pay me enough to go...
