ZARA — Local services in Benidorm

Tried on 2 pairs of trousers tonight. Both were unsuitable. I was putting the trousers back neatly as shop was closing and it had been tidied. As I was doing so a member of staff indicated for me to leave . I tried to explain that I was folding the trousers before I left she said she didn't understand me.She was actually so rude. I left the shop feeling embarrassed. Not a very nice way to treat anyone visiting your shop.

I had also been in the shop 2 days previous to this as my daughter was buying jeans for herself. I visited the store on 30 July 2025. The store was very clean, with tidy clothes and friendly staff. Have been to at least 15 Zara locations before. This was by far the worst one. Lack of variety in tiny men's section. Smelled like vomit.
