Awful service and disappointing food. Booked a table for 6 of us. Restaurant was not busy. Lady came over and took drinks and food order. Ordered 4 pasta dishes, a pizza and baked sea bass. Also asked for chips instead of veg with the sea bass. Guy came out with half our drinks and some for another table. So had to wait for remainder of drinks. No apologies. Food started to come out, my husband ordered spaghetti carbonara, the plate was cold and food was only warm. Tried to get waiters attention but they ignored us. 5 meals came out, was waiting for sea bass. Asked when it would come out, told soon. We had all finished our meals and still no sea bass. Asked again and told again soon. They brought out a chicken dish, which we hadn't ordered. (It was for the other table again) Still no apologies from any of the staff. Then sea bass came out with veg, we asked them to change it. Lots of eye rolling and tutting, they took it away. By this time we just wanted to pay for what we had ate and leave. Brought out food again, fish looked really dry, chips weren't fully cooked. My daughter tried it, but it was awful. Asked the lady for the bill and said we would not be paying for that 1 meal. No apologies, she got angry said it was her fault said she had pointed at the wrong item.on menu. She didn't even order it, her boyfriend had. Said we had to pay or she would call police. She slammed bill on table and walked off. We refused and just paid for 5 meals and drinks. Remaining food was okay. Nothing special, but service was really awful. Would definitely not recommend this...

A warm welcome , however , we had to wait a while before someone came to take drinks order . Ordered food, starters came and sent the wrong order . mains all came apart from 1 lasagna, we had to chase it up, we were all eating and my friend was still waiting . It was as if they had forgotten it. We were told it was going to be courtesy so we presumed it was free of charge because of the wait . We were half way through our meal before it arrived . Someone else ordered a steak, it was not cooked as she’d asked, so she sent it back , it came back dry and chips had been refried and overcooked. We complained when the bill came as the extra bread was charged and lasagne was on. Waiter took the bread off after tutting then we asked for lasagna to be taken off as it didn’t come with the other food , he said no as you have eaten it . We reminded him that he said it was curtesy, he said no we would have to pay, then he said there are people starving around the world and was very rude. We were very disappointed with their attitude towards Customer service . The food wasn’t that good, tasteless and dry. Very disappointing -we will nit...

Booked here for a special birthday meal. Very disappointed with the food and the poor service. I ordered prawns which were served in a tasteless oil, overpowered by chilli. My partner ordered what was supposedly waygu steak tartare, honestly one of the worst starters we have had. Cold tasteless mince. Pretty vile. Lasagne again was the worst we have had. Completely dry and not a bit flavour. Very very poor for what is supposed to be an Italian speciality. We would have added seasoning but this wasn't offered or brought when asked, neither was cutlery, had to help ourselves from another table. The garlic bread and portion of chips which we specifically asked for with the mains were served with starters. These were fine. Pizza was also fine but nothing special. For the price we paid and the dire food and mediocre service we wouldn't recommend. A very disappointing end to an otherwise...
