Grill House — Restaurant in Benidorm

When we first got there, it was quite busy. But, employees were just standing around doing nothing, even though we were waiting to be seated. After around 7 minutes my father asked an employee to be seated and she replied with, “You need to wait to be seated,” so we waited a bit longer. Finally someone came over and seated us diagonal to the pool table. 2 minutes later we were given menus. After about 5 minutes of picking food and drinks, we were served. One coke, one lemonade and two pints. The coke was ordered with the kids meal. 5 minutes after that we were served for food. For starters we had nachos and chicken with sweet chilli sauce. For mains we had one of the giant burgers with everything on it, one classic burger, one enchilada and chicken nuggets. After 20 minutes our food arrived. Everything...

Staff were really friendly,food was great delivered to the table very quick was really satisfied with my food drink and price and the portion size...

Very good food ,nice waiters, could be loud in there cose big groups having fun but ok .keep up...
