Carlos V Levante — Hotel in Benidorm

These apartments were the most disgusting place I've ever tried to sleep in. Anyone that has given this a good review are either lying or delusional. We went as a 20 strong stag group and it was awful even by our standards. There was no air con, no security, no front door, only a gate out the front to stop people from robbing your room at night (which did happen to one of our lads) Poor quality prostitutes roam the street out front and the staff were hostile. the pool is tucked out the back with barbed wire lining the roof and caged windows. If you have any self respect do not stay at these filthy apartments.

Extremely Disappointing — Refused Refund Despite Timely Cancellation

I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel. I canceled my reservation well within the cancellation period, but they refused to issue a refund and have kept my money without providing any service. I’ve reached out multiple times to resolve the issue, and the staff has been completely unhelpful.

It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with such unprofessional behavior. There are many other hotels that treat their customers with honesty and respect — this one clearly does not.

Dishonest and Untrustworthy — They Kept My Money

I canceled my booking well before the deadline and was told I’d get a refund. Days later, nothing. Weeks later, still nothing. The hotel completely ignored my messages and now refuses to return the money for a room I never stayed in.
