-When you buy a bottle of water, They will only allow one bottle per person, so they will only give you one glass. I asked for two glasses to share the bottle of water (600mls) we had and they refused. My low rating contrasting the general opinion of most customers is due to the fact that I do know quality sushi and this is not. In fact, I went there following the happy crowd of customers. Leaving aside the pageantry of the waiting stuff, the interesting service dishes and the artistic plating, I could see that there was way too much rice in the sushi, and the more expensive ingredients like fish, seafood, etc. were replaced by cheaper veggies, in a more or less obvious way, depending on the dish.
