Planta 20 Lounge & Bar — Restaurant in Benidorm

As rooftops in Benidorm go, Planta 20 should be your first choice. However, take away the spectacular view and it has very little to offer. The drinks, as you might expect, we're very expensive and they were far from the best in Beni. The staff were mediocre at best. It really seemed as though they were relying on the view to to their job for them. Spirits were poured away from the table and were short measures by any Spanish standard. When asking for a coffee, we were told they don't do them, despite being on the downloaded menu. If you want to compare with really exceptional standards of service, visit any of the RH hotels within a short distance of Planta 20 and see how it's done properly. Open for non residents of the hotel you just walk into the reception area and take the lift to the 20th floor. Sólo estuvimos en la terraza del piso 20. Los camareros muy simpáticos, agradables, amables y pendientes. Todo muy limpio y bonito, el interior. La terraza muy pequeña, sin música, y faltaban taburetes. Las vistas, para mí, no son bonitas, ni el atardecer, y estaba mirando hacía la playa. Pedimos un mojito de fresa (súper pequeño) aunque muy bueno, y un agua natural (también es el tamaño más pequeño y la marca es solan de cabras). No somos de Benidorm, y estábamos de paso, supongo que hay sitios muchísimo mejor para ver el atardecer, o simplemente tomar algo. Había un grupo de personas que gritaban mucho, a mi no me molesta que la gente se lo pase bien, pero es que yo también tenía que hablar fuerte para poder conversar. Nadie les dijo nada. El interior, como ya he dicho, súper bonito, moderno, limpio y cómodo. En los baños hace mucha calor. Puedes bajar por el ascensor panorámico si eres cliente del hotel, a nosotros nos dejaron, y tampoco es algo espectacular.
