No Sé Restaurante Italiano — Restaurant in Benidorm

Came for mum's birthday meal. We rang and made a reservation and when we arrived we were greeted with a confused waitress who said she would speak to her colleague to get us seated. Another party who was the same size (5) arrived later and were seated before us. We then waited 15 minutes for a menu and then waited a further 20 minutes before even getting our drinks ordered. Drinks came after another 15 minutes. Ordered food shortly after. Starters were reasonably timed but by the time we received our food orders we had been at the restaurant for over 1.5hrs. when food arrived the sausage pasta & aubergine and tuna pasta were very small portions. Pizza was nice. We order we another drink and said drink never showed up! Once we had finished our meals we then waited a further 45 minutes before even being offered the bill! It is also to note that outside the restaurant there was families waiting outside to be seen to but because they were not efficient with moving people along they were stood waiting...missing out on business in my eyes 🤷🏻‍♀️. My family and I where here 2 times during our 1 week vacation in the easter holidays. The first day it was only us due to the whole building having some renovations on the exterior so it was hard to see if the resturant was open. But we where acctualy looking at suggested places and this popped up.

The waiter was super friendly even though he had some strugles in english we managed to get along perfectly. He even helped us find some good meals to try out and we where not disapointed. Less then 10 minutes and our starter was servec, and around 15 minutes after we finnished our starter the main meal came (could have been less time we did not realy watch)

The waiter even closed the open glass doors since we felt too cold because of the wind coming straight up from the ocean and towards the resturant entrance where we sat.

They had slow paced italian music playing which realy suited the enviroment.

On day 2 they where more bussy and was sadly sold out of the food we wanted to try, but they quickly made up for it by serving us some other magnificent italian specialities.

5+ Stars and would defenetly recomend them if you crave any kind of italian food while in spain. If we come back some day we are 100%...
