HOMOPHOBIC and incompetent staff!! Awful experience, first long haired waitress comes and takes the order,15 minutes later, we see her leave on her scooter, then 15 minutes later under the sun, we asked again other waiters(we had ordered just beers not cocktails) The waiter arrives and takes the order again this time service didn't take long, but we told him what happened and he just laughed and started making jokes as if nothing happened saying "the comanda was lost" never apologized or anything.

Then we ordered some more drinks and stayed there for almost 35 minutes, when we were ready to leave, (we traveled on a schedule so our bus was about to leave) we asked for the bill, the fat short guy with glasses said we couldn't split the bill while holding the POS machine, he said that we didn't say it at the beginning so now we couldn't pay one by one, we were a group so every person would pay for their own consumption.

We couldn't understand how difficult it was to run the machine three times as this wasn't rocket science, but they just refuse to do it, when confronted they started yelling and treating us bad, on the other hand with British tourist they were being nice, at the end we had to go the register and pay and waste 15 more minutes to do it and explain the owner what had happened, while on our way the waiters said homophobic slurs to refer to us.

This is a horrible experience not only for the comments but for the incompetence of the staff and management.

We are never going back again the worst service, overpriced drinks and undertrained staff, horrible combination I'll make sure to post on all the LGBT pages about this experience so nobody receives this...

Visited on 30 December at 12.30 ish just before catching bus back to the airport. Found a table big enough for 7. Bright and sunny and warm with a laid back atmosphere with stunning views of the sea. There were two fantastic servers. One gentleman and a lady taking orders and serving the food with others behind the scenes and at the bar. We were greeted and mostly served by the gentleman, who had a fantastic sense of humour. Our youngest son went shy when he talked to him and he called him John! (Not his name) It became a standing joke. Drinks arrived quickly and we had a short wait for the super food. Freshly made to order. Myself and o/h are vegetarian yet found plenty of choice on the menu, kids had burgers and toasties. Pizza was outstanding and not just a reheated shop bought one. Gutted we didn't have any change to tip for the fantastic service and food or come earlier in the holiday as it would have been a regular haunt. The bill was a suprise too, very reasonable for such a top notch place! Will definitely return again and...

We were with five drinks ordered at the bar and we were six. We had not seen that in the letter they had crepes, we have gone to another place to buy it and when we return with everyone to the table they have told us: "that's it, out of the bar". They have explained that you couldn't eat food from other places having crepes in the menu (by the way in the menu put PANQUEQUES and no, it was not the same) because this was a "local norm". "Go and eat it at the bank" they told the girl while everyone was at the bar. They have caused the girl to stop eating her crepe with prepotency and also almost throw us very aggressively, we have left for the abuse. I keep freaking out, what a shame, it's a minimum of respect for the customer, you have to know a little more about hospitality. I have it clear, I will not return. I put a star because zero i can't.
