Bikini Beach Bar — Restaurant in Benidorm

Loads of bad things to say about my experience. I was there in last 2 days with group of friends. Everything start in 1 day when we ask for 2 bombay gins and they serve 2 house gins instead of bombay but when we ask for bill (they charge bombay)... Second day (yesterday night) a male server that was looking after our table said that we will offer 1 gin if we keep asking for round of gins and we accept the challenge, however when we ask for bill he didnt promise or keep is word. He try everything to make us look stupid. After change is conversation saying that we will get the gin he promise to us. In mean time he swap our bill claiming that we have drunk bombay all night long when we ask and we drunk always the house gin... Anyway bikini beach bar... Never again! We will stay for 2 weeks in benidorm and in end of the day you guys are the one that will loose regular customers (breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks) we can get...

We had many drinks at this bar on a night and they were all fabulous, and really well priced. They have an extensive range of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages available. One night we ate here. I had a vegan burger and it was amazing, and the chips were lovely- I couldn’t fault my meal at all. It was actually the first time during my stay in Benidorm that there was something vegan/vegetarian on the menu which wasn’t a salad or pasta dish. On the other hand, my friend had a chicken ceasar salad- the chicken was mostly fatty and the lettuce had been drowned in dressing making it quite limp. The service in this bar is amazing, orders are taken quickly, and drinks arrive fast too even on a busy night. When the bar is quiet, the music can be a bit too loud and it means you have to shout at eachother to have a conservation, but this isn’t an issue as it picks up in clients over the evening. Told the staff I could not have any oil or dairy so I ordered a roasted eggplant, waited a good ten minutes after the others got their food for mine, it can't up covered in cheese with a cheese sauce. Told female member of staff that I could not eat this and said not to worry as the others were nearly finished. Male member of staff came up very rude and not at all friendly saying we have to pay for it, I said why you got the order wrong but he turned very rude and stood right over me in a threatening behavior. We paid the full bill and left. The other food that was ordered wasn't worth the money in fact the chips were cold, a salad had loads of oil all over it. 70 euros for 1 salad 1 bowl of chips and 1 pizza plus egg plant 2 water 1 beer 1 coke.
