When I requested it be cooked blue I was told not possible because of food regs and it would be cooked rare - which was ok. When it arrived it was cooked medium, very disappointed, much taste and hated the fact it was served on an old, badly scored timber platter. My partners fillet was cooked medium and he thought it was great although he also hated the timber serving board and the ‘mash’ surrounding it was very average. Best thing for me was the chips - not a great recommendation for a steak place. Wine options also below average.
I did tell the waiter that my steak was poorly cooked but did say I didn’t want to send it back - didn’t want to have my meal changed whilst my partner continued to eat his. Thought maybe the chef would come out to discuss/apologise or do something - but absolutely nothing...

Great authentic Norwegian feel to the place. We were seated at a cosy table right at the back of the restaurant which was really nice!
Bacon is served on a clothesline!! Probably the best bacon we've ever tasted. What more do you want? Reindeer melts in your mouth and must be tried too. Plank steak was so juicy and melted in your mouth. Chilli con carne was very tasty and beautifully presented. The schnitzel is huge and so tasty.
