Restaurante Beer House — Restaurant in Benidorm

Me, my partner and my 2 young children stumbled across this place while walking around and my goodness it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 😍

The burgers were phenomenal while I had the Celta burger my partner had the special beer house burger and both were exquisite we couldn’t believe it.

My son (who wasn’t dealing with the heat too well) decided to have ice cream for starters which was nicely portioned and then him and my little girl halved the kids spaghetti bolognese which, again, was a lovely portion size and they both thoroughly enjoyed it.

The gentlemen and lovely lady that served us were honestly so kind and helpful. Playing with our children when they kept offering their toys to them, and making them laugh it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

And their cheesecake 😍 let’s just say make sure you leave room because it really is as good as they say it is.

It’s wheelchair/buggy accessible with ramps into the building, high chairs available and mostly shaded seating. And to top it off my little ones made friends with another little girl and no one had a problem with them sitting on the floor playing with a couple of toys together

We will definitely be returning there when we next...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Took 15 minutes to get noticed until we were approached by a miserable member of staff. I ordered 2 pints of any draught and 2 smoothies to be told they had 0 beers on draught (it's called beer house) and they had 2/7 smoothies so that was a fail aswell. We then ordered a coke, corona, modelo and a shandy the coke arrived as a Pepsi (that's here nor there). The corona turned up fine but the modelo turned up as the dark version and the shandy my Mrs ordered just didn't even turn up. Tried to approach the staff but since serving us she won't make eye contact. Wouldn't come again unless you like to take a gamble on what drink will turn up and also if you like to be ignored. As I'm writing the review something new has happened. She's turned up after we've finished all of our drinks (except my girlfriends that never arrived) with a large glass of Sangria which none of us ordered. We told her we didn't order that and she's took it back without asking what we did order. So this has just been a awful experience overall. Very disappointed 😥

Visited for evening meal today. No menu available for drinks so had to ask a lot of questions. Not a lot available on the menu. Ordered bread, aioli and olives. Lovely olives but big stones. Very dry bread. Tomatoes were bubbling, gave them to a staff member who just disappeared with it, no apology or replacement.

Ordered a medium steak and 3 cave burgers. Everything looked very appealing but came with the thinnest chips ever, almost crisps they were that thin. Burger looked delicious and was fine for one of us but the other 2 were fishing bits of gristle and bone out of them. It was a bit messy too. The steak looked good but was a little too pink and juice was running off the board onto the table. It was gristly and chewy and not very enjoyable, most of it was left on the plate. Our complaints were met with sighs, tuts and shrugs. We had 2€ knocked off for the starter. Visit if you MUST but I won't be...
