Tepuy Burger — Restaurant in Benidorm

I think that I have never been to smaller restaurant with that many people working at the same time. The restaurant was almost empty, so they just walked around, and standing in groups, talking to each other...

There's AC inside. Great! The chosed a table for us, that wasn't clean. No physical menus, you will have to use your phone.

Nice selection of burgers and other stuff. We picked two Perla Negra in medium. Regular fries and sweet potatoes.

We also ordered a kids burger and some chicken tenders.

The kids gave a thumbs up! We liked our burgers as well. The patty was big and chunky.

And finally some crispy fries!!

The waiter waited till the end, asking us if we liked the food.

Restroom was nice and clean.

I felt that it was a little difficult to order and ask for the bill, because the staff were to busy talking to each other.

All in all, we had a good time. We may come back!

2 burgers + 1 kids burger + chicken tenders + 3 sodas + 1 bottle of water = 54 Euro

More guests this time. I don't know if it's because of that, but the quality was not as good this time.

The fries were still crispy but a little bit too well done, so they felt dry.

My kids burgers had burnt burger buns.

One of my kids got double the amount of fries compared to me.

So it was more inconsistent this time around

The "snack" plate and wings were ok! But you can feel that they weren't...

Well what can I say,, our burgers looked nothing like the photos on here. When ordering the waiter said how would you like it cooked. We said medium as this is what we would always order. He said he would recommend medium plus as the burgers are usually too rare for the English! That comment was weird but we said OK. All three burgers came out vary rare. The brioche buns were soaked blood. Soggy and horrible. Don't think they know what rare, medium or well done is to be honest. Tried are best to eat it as we were starving but my stomach was churning because of how raw the meat is. The mince meat there using is also really coarse so you get big lumps in the burger. Discussing. Avoid. Or ask for very well done if you want it be cooked. Staff clearly don't like English people although we spend loads of...

Somos clientes bueno éramos clientes frecuentes hace más de tres años en Benidorm , nos gustaba el sabor y la relación precio estaba muy bien , lo recomendabamos a todo el mundo e íbamos cada vez que podíamos, sucede que volvimos hace dos o tres meses, nos dieron la carta y de inmediato vimos que habían subido entre 3 a 4 euros por la arepa que siempre pedimos OJO acá , entendimos que todo ha subido y que quizás "aunque estemos hablando del 35 % de subida, que es mucho incremento de un día para otro" pues el producto digamos que quizás lo valia un poco alto pero lo valía PERO hooo sorpresa cuando vemos que la arepa que nos trajeron no era ni la mitad del relleno de lo que servían antes. Acá no termina , aúnque nos llevámos está decepción creemos que cualquiera puede equivocarse o que algún día puede pasar esto por eso hoy volvimos y confirmamos nuestro gran temor, se volvió a repetir esto así que llamé al camarero que lleva atendiendo nos más de dos años y sabe que siempre vamos,le comunicamos nuestra inconformidad, como siempre fue muy atento pero desde el principio expreso que no se podía hacer nada y que pues lo comentaría en cocina para que lo tuvieran en cuenta , me sentí tan inconforme que le devolví una de las arepas y sorpresa cuando vamos a pagar la otra salió un tipo de la cocina sin ni siquiera mirar ni mostrar la más mínima atención al cliente trato de solucionar lo de la devolución para podernos cobrar, se volteo y se entró , la verdad creímos que era de cocina así que por eso no le dijimos nada pero no, era el supuesto administrador encargado algo de eso, mejor dicho tiene el cargo de alguien que tiene que hacer que todo funcione y poner la cara jajaja pero evidentemente cumple muy bien su función , se ve que sabe costear bien y que la administración es lo suyo cuando no enfrenta la subida de más de un 50 porciento por un producto , en fin no volveremos y dejo fotos de una arepa con la calidad de antes y la de ahora que es igual de triste al supuesto "...
