Using select seasonal local produce, healthy delicious servings make for a spoilt for choice experience.

Three or four options were available for each of the four courses and each choice seemed unmissable. (17.95 euro)Thankfully the courteous staff translated the menu and explained each of the dishes. The stuffed eggplant was absolutely delicious! While the carrot cake served with chocolate sauce was simply the best ever ! The cake itself was light yet so flavoursome and thankfully minimally sweet.

The lunch menu runs through to late in the afternoon so I booked for an early dinner 4PM the following day. The relaxed atmosphere is complemented by artworks which fill the walls. I enjoy cooking vegetarian meals and appreciate the creative care that has been taken to make Garibolo so...

Great vegetarian and vegan food restaurant. The food is excellent and you won't leave with an empty stomach, as they will serve you a salad, soup, main course and dessert for around 14 EUR. The price goes up 50 cents every year though, so it started to become a little expensive to go regularly. The interior is not something you'll find attractive, although it is original. The walls are full of paintings from different artists that you can buy, but it makes for a very crowded interior. They have a second room in the back which is even worse designed and doesn't feel cozy at all. But then again, for a quick mid-day meal, I don't care that much. We've been to this amazing restaurant twice now as a family and both times were outstanding! My sister is a vegetarian and it was lovely to be able to dine out with the assurance that everything on the menu was completely meat and fish free. The staff here are really wonderful, they're super nice and they do their absolute best to make sure you have a perfect experience. Everything on the menu is well made and delicious so don't worry about what to order because it all tastes incredible! The pricing is really reasonable as well, if we're ever in Bilbao again we're definitely booking Garibolo for dinner and I would recommend you...
